This policy is designed to preserve hygiene standards, product integrity, and operational efficiency — ensuring every product delivered to our customers is brand-new, unused, and uncompromised.

1. No Return Policy

All purchases made on our website are final and non-returnable.

Because our products are used in healthcare, therapy, and personal wellness applications, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Products not matching subjective expectations
  • Delays or issues caused by logistics partners

Product categories included in this policy:

  • Panchakarma & physiotherapy equipment

2. No Refund Policy

We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all completed orders. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Cancelled or rejected deliveries
  • Customer ordering errors
  • Delays caused by transportation, natural events, or courier partners
  • Claims of dissatisfaction not supported by verifiable manufacturing defects

Note: Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. Replacement Policy (Exceptional Cases Only)

Replacements are offered only under strict conditions and solely for damaged or defective products.

To be eligible for replacement, all of the following must be true:

  • The product is received in damaged or non-functional condition
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • The customer provides clear photos and/or videos of the issue, packaging, and invoice
  • The damaged or defective product will be delivered to customer within 7-10 days.

Once verified by our Quality Assurance team, a replacement of the same product model will be arranged, subject to stock availability.

Please note: refunds will not be issued in eligible cases. Failure to provide required evidence within the timeframe will void replacement eligibility.

4. Quality Assurance & Packaging Standards

Every item undergoes multi-level inspections, functional testing, and secure packaging processes prior to dispatch. We employ industry-standard materials and handling procedures to minimize transit damage.

5. Order Cancellation

To maintain operational efficiency:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, confirmed, or shipped.
  • No refund or store credit will be issued for cancellation requests.

6. Shipping Responsibility

Our responsibility is limited to dispatching products in perfect condition. The following circumstances do not qualify for return, refund, or replacement:

  • Courier mishandling after delivery
  • Third-party installation or modification
  • Improper operation by the customer
  • External factors such as temperature, moisture, or physical misuse
